Philadelphia outfit Sheer Mag might play riff-heavy power pop, but they're really a hardcore band at heart. As such, they've just announced a mammoth North American tour. Like any good punk band, the tour's an exhaustive journey with a mix of legit bar shows and rowdy house parties. They're hitting up SXSW, and also doing a fairly extensive batch of western Canadian dates, including stops in Vancouver, Kamloops, Edmonton, Calgary, Regina and Winnipeg.
