Changing your password:

Once logged into the system for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Please create a good password and one that you will remember!

Here are a few tips for creating a good password:

• Use at least eight characters.


• Don't use a password that you have used elsewhere.


• Don't use keyboard patterns (asdf) or sequential numbers (1234).


• Mix capital and lowercase letters.


• Symbols "-" (dash) and "_" (underscore) are allowed. Please do NOT use the following alternate key combinations: @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ).

Resetting your password:

If you forget your password, please click the Forgot Password Link on your Home Page and follow the onscreen instructions.

Step 1. Download the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player Plugin for your browser

Step 2. Disable any pop-up blockers that your browser may be using

Step 3. Ensure that you are using a minimum display resolution of 1024x768

Launching the training:

Step 1. Access http://ift.tt/1hcQPGd

Step 2. Login using your username and newly set password

Step 3. Click on the "Launch Course" link besides the training module that you wish to launch

Step 4. Explore the training environment, familiarizing yourself with all of the features

Step 5. Click on the first menu item found on the "Table of Contents" screen to begin your training

Step 6. To properly close out of your training session, click on the "Quit" button

Step 7. To resume your training where you left off, log back in and click on the "Resume" button
