Primal Scream fans still bummed out by a handful of North American concert cancellations in 2014 may be turning those frowns upside down, as the English outfit have announced they're making it back our way this spring. The band will soon undertake a nine-show tour of North America, kicking things off with an appearance at the Austin Psych Fest on May 9.
