Lil B narrowly avoided tragedy this week, as a teenager alerted the rapper when his duplex in Concord, CA, caught ablaze on Thursday morning (January 15). The MC was apparently asleep when his neighbour, 15-year-old Mateo Ysmael, came knocking at his door after smelling smoke and seeing flames. Luckily, LIl B got outside without injury and firefighters were able to put the fire out. Some of his costumes and music were damaged, but most of his belongings survived.
