Organizers behind Burlington, ON punk fest Burly Calling have announced that they have partnered up with the city's Club Absinthe to launch a new festival called Northern Rights. The inaugural edition kicks off this February and will feature performances from prog-hardcore crew Protest the Hero, West Coast rapper Madchild and more.
